Returns are accepted within 14 days of dispatch. 

For returns where the goods are not defected, there will be a 5% charge with a minimum cost of 5 euro. This is to cover delivery and administrative expenses.

In the unlikely case of defected goods, the product will be replaced and shipped free of charge and once the defected product is returned.

The above only apply for deliveries in Cyprus.
